ISO-KF Hose Clip Clamping Ring
ZEROVAC ISO-KF hose clip clamping rings join two compatible ISO-KF flanges with the correct centering ring and seal. Aluminium 380.0 clamp halves engage the flange lips, while a stainless-steel band and zinc-plated hardware provide circumferential clamping.

Hose-clip clamp dimensions and order codes
A is the outside diameter, B is the overall length and C is the clamp thickness. All dimensions are in millimetres.

Align the correctly sized centering ring and seal between the flanges. Seat both clamp halves fully on the flange lips and tighten the band screw gradually with a suitable hand tool. No tightening torque is published; follow the approved assembly instruction and avoid overtightening. The clamp does not replace the seal.
